Ashley B. Kocian

Ashley Kocian brings to the practice of law her passion for advocating on behalf of her clients zealously. She handles each client personally, with particular attention to detail, through meticulous preparation and dedication to advancing the interests of her clients.  Ashley graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law, summa cum laude, in the top 1% of her class.

Ashley has always been devoted to using her legal knowledge and ability to help protect others’ statutory and constitutional rights. She gained heightened knowledge, and experience, regarding Constitutional rights when she was selected as a teaching assistant for the Roger Williams University School of Law’s Constitutional Law class, while she was still a student, distinguishing herself amongst her peers.

Ashley was also selected to a Federal judicial clerkship which helped her gain valuable experience, and insight, working on the “other side of the bench,” as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant at the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Ashley uses the knowledge she gained while interning at the U.S. District Court to advance her client’s cases.

As a new member of the legal community, Ashley provides a fresh perspective on the legal issues facing Kocian Law Group’s clientele. She is committed to being an approachable and accessible Attorney to her clients. As a lifelong member of the Kocian Law Group, Ashley is both professionally and personally dedicated to providing our clientele with exceptional legal representation and guidance.

Attorney Ashley Kocian enjoys spending time maintaining her vegetable garden and hiking with her German Shepard, Tiberius.
